How can you not love tents? I mean, yes- I'm sure it's not completely ideal when raining, but still. You can make this space all your own. That's what I love about it. 

The James Hotel

We are extremely excited to be attending an event at The James Hotel in Soho on the 29th. This venue looks absolutely amazing, and we can't wait to share photos from the evening!

I am in LOVE with this venue!! I am such a porch enthusiast, and the garland and lights just melt my heart. One problem. I don't know where the heck this place is! If anyone knows the name of this venue or where it is located, I would love to know!!

Venue of the Week: 620 Loft and Garden, NYC

From the second I laid eyes on this venue, I was in love. 620 Loft and Garden is located at Top of the Rock in Rockefeller Center. The view is amazing and it is the perfect place for an intimate reception or party venue. It can host 120 for a seated meal 365 days a year.

During the holiday season, it overlooks the Rockefeller Center Ice Skating Rink and the world famous Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree. If this doesn't scream perfect setting for a holiday celebration- I don't know what does!

Venue Of The Week: Harvest on the Hudson, Hastings New York

So! We have been busy bee's over here looking for some great new things to share with you on the blog. I recently starting doing some research on venues and restaurants that would be/are great places for wedding receptions. Since then I have come across a ton of great little secrets! Harvest On The Hudson is one of them. Beautiful view, great menu, and the perfect setting for an intimate fall wedding.

I could see this as the perfect place for the wine loving couple looking to achieve that vineyard/rustic feel. The outdoor setting is amazing, and the strings of lights add that perfect touch of ambiance.
