Honeymoon Hotspot: Radisson Blu Le Dokhan's Hotel, Paris

There were flurries in the air this morning and it put me in a completely content mood. Just that light dusting, just enough so that you can see it's happening, is the best kind of snow. With my mood being just right, I had wanted to sit down my latte and write about Paris.

I have always wanted to travel to Paris. I feel as though it's one of those cities that everyone needs to explore. Whether your the single gal that wants to explore with your girlfriends, or that newlywed who wants the perfect romantic honeymoon, Paris is the city you need to travel to at least once.

I did a ton of research on different hotels to stay at, and the Radisson Blu Le Dokhan's Hotel, Paris Trocadero caught my eye. Maybe because it holds the first Paris Champagne Bar. Just maybe. =)

Rooms start at 300 US dollars, but the hotel also offers several different packages to fit your specific needs.

Gift Giving Detail: Twine

I loveee receiving cards or packages in the mail that are wrapped with twine. It just adds that little bit extra. You can use twine for tons of things: putting on gifts, enclosing cards, wrapping up favors, gift tags, you name it. And I love it.

NYC Winter Photo Shoot

Time to Warm Up...

I was doomed from the start this morning. I woke up late, somehow maneged to turn my closet inside out, to only get to my car and see frost covering it in it's entirety. Do you know what that meant? No time for Starbucks. And do you know what that meant? It's going to be a longggggggg day.

I came across this photo and have been jealous ever since. This picture is perfection.

Holiday Entertaining: Edible Gifts

I (clearly) love to host parties. Being able to have those who I love the most over for yummy food, delicious cocktails and just a grand old time gives me the best feeling. Making those who I care about happy is what keeps me going every day.

What comes to mind (other than food to serve, drinks to make, desserts to bake, music to play... you get the picture) is what I can give them to take home. It is no secret that newly married Jenny Steffens Hobick is someone that I constantly look at for inspiration. She puts together some really creative, yet simple ideas for classy and fun entertaining. I love the idea's she has here for Chocolate Pecan Biscotti and a Soup Supper to give to guests!

December 1st!!

I can not believe that it's here already! I am so super excited for this holiday season.
